My name is Mateusz Skonieczny. I have been supporting businesses as a financial director and controller for over 25 years.

WHO AM I?

My finance skills are confirmed by a Master’s degree in Finance (WSUiB 2001) and a number of prestigious professional qualifications, including:

  • ACCA certificate (2002)
  • PhD studies in the area of ​​corporate finance (Academy of Finance, 2004)
  • postgraduate studies in advanced accounting (Polish Academy of Sciences, 2010-11)
  • certificate of the Ministry of Finance (2011).

In recent years, I have also completed advanced courses, including:

  • analysis of financial statements (BDO, 2015)
  • transfer pricing (BDO, 2015)
  • counteracting corruption in public administration and private business, participating in a number of training courses organized by Netflix (2021) and CBA (2023).

I have numerous certificates in accounting, taxes, management and soft skills acquired throughout my professional career. I strive to continually gain knowledge so that I can adapt it to changing market requirements.

HOW DO I WORK?

Each collaboration has its own specifics, but in the case of complex projects we will divide the work into 4 steps: analysis of challenges, determination of the optimal implementation path (including ensuring financing for the project), project controlling with reporting, and handling the sale of the project to an industry investor or fund.
