Scope of work:
controlling, internal audit and remedial actions in selected areas of the company’s operations, taxes, project reporting/PL GAAP, project valuation, statutory audit support

• handling a subsidy received from NCBiR
• controlling expenditure of funds
• recognition of specific contingency accounting in GL at long-term contracts
• support in the process of transforming the company from a LLC to INC
• handling the company’s mandatory audit
• support in the company valuation processes for the transformation purposes
