Scope of work:
controlling, taxes, AML, TP, project financing, project reporting ensuring compliance with PL GAAP

• investment coordination
• creation of an investment model
• creation of a tax model
• current control of project spents
• control in the scope of specific credit clauses, reporting to financing institutions, investment milestone reporting
• project in the amount of >30m PLN financed from a subsidy
• supervision over subsidy reporting and proper recognition in GL/sub-GL
• participation in subsidy controls
• current project controlling for owners and stakeholders
• monthly reporting
• expenditure control
• handling pre-sale due diligence processes
• participation in negotiations with potential investors
• handling of sales transactions with the selected investor (due diligence, SPA negotiations)
