Scope of work:
finance, budgeting, controlling, taxes, project reporting/PL GAAP

• implementation of two production projects over 20m PLN each
• periodic reporting (monthly / weekly during shooting)
• project cash flow
• control of the budget and project expenditure and ensuring transparency of the investor’s funds expenditure
• participation in internal audit
• forecasting project cash flows (budget, financing, VAT)
• tax optimization of projects (Estonian CIT)
• ensuring external financing – 6m PLN cash rebate / subsidy from PFI
• development of other series and feature-length productions
• budgeting fixed costs
• monitoring receivables
