Scope of work:
controlling, taxes, sox/coso, AML, US/Swiss/PL GAAP, TP reporting

• compliance monitoring and reporting in accordance with US GAAP, PL GAAP, Swiss GAAP standards
• support in the activities of internal and external auditors
• credit risk management, cash control in the field, control and optimization of working capital
• management of the general costs budget ~50m PLN
• settlement of production costs
• support in COSO processes
